That is the $64,000 question. It may be a hoax, a person who is curious about such questions - or anything else besides. If it is real, the only thing I think one can do is to encourage them to seek immediate psychological help via their doctor, or other means of getting what they need. Asking for help online about a serious issue shows that you can't actually talk to anyone else about it, so you ask help from strangers. So then obviously they can't do anything to stop you - just give you advice, unlike if you knew them in real life.

i think there is every chance that they might.
often people think that just because someone is asking that sort of question, it means they are just attention-seeking but at the end of the day, can we take that risk.?
