Terrible Insomnia...?!


Question: Terrible Insomnia....?
I have really bad insomnia, even when I am extremely tired I can't sleep. I usually toss and turn for a good 5 hours.It's so annoying and I'm drowsy all day. I don't want to take any sleeping pills, I'd prefer a natural remedy or something. I'm not really stressed at least I don't think so...Is insomnia common.?Health Question & Answer

I am the same way. I don't actually fall asleep until 3-5 am! Even on the days I work I don't sleep until late. I only work part time starting at noon so I think that's why I don't go to sleep until late.

I have totally stopped taking ANY pills. They don't help you sleep normally-they just zone you out for hours...and days. I couldn't even move once because I was so drugged on pills.

I think get to sleep around 11pm...try doing a crossword puzzle or reading a boring book. No TV. Light music like classical is what I like.

Make sure you exercise loads during the day this will help, also stop doing work and just relax about an hour before your bedtime. If you can't sleep then try getting up and doing something else because you can get into bad habits.
