Any side effects that you may have had at the lower dose could get worse. I know that when my Prozac was upped, I actually gained a lot of weight, and my mental stability actually declined. I was on 80mg though. Suicide was always on my mind (they said that it usually only happens in teens, not in 32 year olds, but it did) I felt worse on the higher dosage, and did have some of the side effects that weren't there on the lower dosage. Just monitor yourself and keep your doctor informed.Health Question & Answer
