Question: I'm getting very depressed...?
My heart hurts so much... I'm still in love with a guy who's been gone for three months.. He got shot... I don't know how to til with this... I just want the pain to go away... I can be perfectly fine then all of a sudden he pops into my head... And I get tears in my eyes... I need a therapist or something.. I need help like really bad.... He has visited me in my dreams in spirit.... And it has made me feel better... I just miss him so much.. I'm so lost.. Please help me...Health Question & Answer

What I'm getting from your story is that you were in love with someone (now dead) who was relatively abusive, and now you're having these dream visions of him reassuring you.
My heart bleeds for you as you have apparently been hurt on many levels by this person and by his death. From an objective point of view, I'm noting that it's been only 3 months since the death, and so I think that these dreams are your brain's way of making sense of all this trauma.
Of course on a spiritual level, it could very well be your bf (now in Heaven and enlightened so to speak) coming back to you to reassure you and make up for past abuse.
I think this could be a combo of both of these. What I'm sure about is that you sound very traumatized, and I do believe you should see a therapist of some sort .

See your problem is you have absorbed all the drama that he caused in your life, and formed it into an ideal of him that your in love with. You did it before he died, and Your doing it now. The truth is, unless you find a guy that actually has the energy to reconfigure everything in your head, your just gonna wander around like this.
