Ok so he doesn't sleep as much as he is suppose to, he doesn't eat breakfast and he is under a crap load of stress.

Can the three cause depression.?

Can lack of sleep cause dizziness and eye sight fading in and out.?

Lack of sleep causes poor concentration, strained eyesight, headaches and anger management problems, so = more stress.

the dizzness is because this person is skipping meals, the eyesight is fading in and out due to the lack of vitamins and supplements in his body!
gently ask your friend to see their gp, and have some blood tests! sounds like to me they are worn and tired!
