So I have to get up at 5:45 in the morning to catch the bus every day. I tried going to bed early (9:00) but I was still really really really tired. Does anyone have a good method of staying awake.? (Other than caffeine.?.?.?)Health Question & Answer

1] Get plenty of quality sleep. If you wake up more tired than when you when to bed, talk to your doctor about being sleep tested.
2] If you haven't had one in a while get a full physical including blood workup for blood sugar disorders and thyroid functionality.

Although caffeine can give us a quick boost of energy, it'll also cause a sudden drop in energy. I used to suffer from ongoing fatigue. My problem was related to a medical condition.
