Anyway... I wanted to say I wouldn't stop any medication cold turkey, especially anything to do with mental health. People do, and often the withdrawal seems to be worse for people who stop very suddenly.
Even phasing it out over a week or two is better than just suddenly stopping, I'm no medic but can speak from experience that it's just a bit 'jarring' for the body suddenly stopping, but you don't find that out until about 3-7 days later!

You should NEVER stop your medicine cold turkey! It is a very dangerous thing to do. You can have very serious side-effects that can harm you and your body.
People who just plain stop it; usually end up in the hospital from getting sick from withdrawals.
Before you even think about stopping your meds you should speak with your medical doctor right away or asap.
