Question: Does yoga reduce bipolar symptoms.?

I believe Yoga mixed with meditation helps reduce bipolar or depression symptoms. I loved the meditation club at college. I love Asian culture and martial arts as well. Tai Chi is something I am striving to learn this summer maybe. Stretching my body's muscles helps me feel better and limber too just makes me flexible and wanna kick some butt!!Health Question & Answer
