Question: What do i do.? please help..?
i used to cut. but i got help and i stopped.

lately ive been stressed out and getting more depressed.
i have the urge to cut again. it relieves my pain and makes me feel better.

get out some paper and a marker or something and start drawing on the paper while listening to music. really listen to the music and put it on paper....
don't start cutting again if you can help it.
what can you do to simplify life right now.? what stress can you let go of.?
maybe counseling.?
breathing is important to get though an urge. the urge will be there for a short period of time then it will pass. breathing with your feet on the floor and naming what you see, describing it might help ride though the urge.
it seems to me that things come in cycles.....sometimes they come back but for shorter periods of time, like the urge now.

um..... dont cut. it will not solve your problems. You should get help again and remember that there are people out there willing to help. also, get friends, engage in activities and have fun. in a safe and harmless way. =] do safe and harmless things to get your mind off if your problems. go to an amusement park, drive to McDonalds, walk your dog, anything, just get out of the house and refresh your mind.Health Question & Answer

I heard that some people find relief drawing the lines on themselves with red pen or marker.

I've never tried it but it could at least distract you for awhile while you get to draw on yourself like a little kid.Health Question & Answer
