Answers:
you are still very young.

calcium helps. also vitamin d.

but if it genetic ( mean all your family members are not so tall), you might have to consider u will not grow up taller than u expected.Health Question & Answer

i don't think you can do much to make yourself grow taller.
people always say if you sleep a lot, (more hours before 12 am), then you grow more, because you grow most when you are asleep.
i don't think you should worry, you not that small.
i am just about 4.9 feet and nearly 14..
Just wait a few more years, and you should grow taller. you will probably have growth spirt later on.Health Question & Answer

There really aren't any "great tips" to grow taller. You are still young and almost still at the start of puberty so you will grow more! Don't worry! 18 5'7 and I hate it the only thing being tall is good for is seeing over people and helping people get things from high places :(Health Question & Answer

I don't think there's much you can do. I'm 23 years old and 5'5" and my brother is 16 and is 6'4". It all depends on your genes.Health Question & Answer

you are only 13 years old....you aren't going to be 4'9 forever. you are still growing. give it some time.Health Question & Answer

Let nature take it's course.Health Question & Answer
