Dizzy the day after smoking Marijuana?!
Question: Dizzy the day after smoking Marijuana.?
I have been smoking marijuana for roughly 3 years now on weekly (sometimes 2x weekly) basis. I know most will have this negative view and will post ignorant responses like "Marijuana is bad for you," so if that's what your intention is please do not post. I usually just smoke to relax at night after a long week of demanding classes/work.
I have never experienced anything wrong until 2 days ago where I had smoked and woke up the next day to find myself sort of dizzy. I thought this would pass, but found it to last majority of the day. I checked my blood pressure (which was perfectly normal) and made sure I drank plenty of liquids to keep a fresh flow of electrolytes (I originally thought I was dehydrated) which didn't seem to subside the symptoms. The following morning I was perfectly fine; no dizziness or any other related problems.
As an experiment I decided to smoke again to see if the problem persisted. I bought another bag of marijuana, this time from a different supplier, to see if there was any direct correlation between the two different kinds. I woke up this morning once again dizzy and somewhat out of it and presently am still experiencing these symptoms. My main questions are:
1) Has anyone had similar experiences.?
2) If so, what was your conclusion to why it may have happened.?
3) Would it be wise to contact my doctor, or should I just take a week or two break and see how I am feeling then.?
4) Any idea pertaining to how this may of occured.?
I would also like to clarify that I am not some pot smoking junky. I am a semester away from graduating from one of the most prestigious universities in the nation, and currently intern for a major financial organization. I am not bragging, I just want everyone to know I am a normal being. All responses are greatly appreciated. Health Question & Answer

The trouble with marijuana today you never know what they put in it. It could be laced with any number of things. And the crap they lace it with is a lot more harmful to you than marijuana. And that may be the source of your dizzy spell. Which is why I no longer smoke it.Health Question & Answer
I think it would be wisest to ask a physician this very question. Perhaps then you will not classify his or her response as "ignorant."Health Question & Answer
