k it was so disgusting! this morning i was taking my morning poo, and when i was about to wipe i saw this huge white worm moving around in my poo!! i dont know what to do i dont want to tell my parents but does that mean another one will come.?!.?! please help!!Health Question & Answer

There are many more to come. You have some type of worms infection. You MUST see a doctor, this is very harmful. If you really are 7, you probably got them from playing outside. But if your 13, you should still go to the doctor. Honestly I don't even believe you. You say you have worms, you got your period at 7, and you are a 13 year old wearing pull-ups.
