Becoming bulimic / anorexic?!

Question: Becoming bulimic / anorexic.?
This isnt for me.
I just wanted to know HOW, if any, people became bulimic.
What does it entail.
Why did you do it.?
How long for.
Did you get help.?

And if no-one will answer the above.. Whats the difference between Bulimic and Anorexic.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Bulimia involves binging and purging, the victims are usually normal or overweight.
Anorexia involves severely restricting the amount of food you eat and usually excessive exercise.

You don't choose to become either of these things, it just happens. Like depressed people don't choose to be depressed, they just are. Both conditions are serious mental illnesses.

EDIT: Yes stuffing yourself, usually with high calorie "bad" foods like chocolate and pizza and other junk, then the guilt of it causes the sufferer to find having the food inside their stomach intolerable so they make themselves sick or use laxatives, purgeing is dangerous and also causes rotten teeth, and gastric reflux amoungst other things.Health Question & Answer

For the first few questions; I am genuinely disturbed. I do hope you aren't TRYING to become bulimic.

The difference is that bulimic people throw up what they've eaten and anorexic people don't eat.

Don't do it. It isn't good, or cool or fun. I was mildly anorexic for a while and it's stupid and dangerous. Being thin isn't worth hurting yourself, and possibly even killing yourself over.Health Question & Answer

bulimia is where you binge and then make yourself sick so bulimic people can still be fat because their body digests a bit of the food and anorexia is where you don't eat at all or where you eat very little then exercise alot to burn it all offHealth Question & Answer

anorexic people dont eat and belimic eat but then throw up when they think their bodies have gotten a chance to digest
