Question: How do i reduce my belly fat.?
i am a 20 year old girl n my weight keeps on fluctuating between 75-80 kgs. my height is around 5feet 6 inch.
for meals i hav breakfast in morning ( not so often), lunch n dinner in a day. i rarely over eat and my appetite is not so high. yet i am over weight. i do not exercise much because of my college schedule.
what could be d suspected problem for my over weight.?
i do not have anyother health problems.
do i need 2 change my diet.?
please suggest me a way out 2 reduce my weight specially my belly fat....

i read in a health magazine that we should eat a large or decent breakfast, a medium-size lunch and a smaller dinner. a good breakfast kick-starts your metabolism. sometimes i dont eat breakfast because i cant find the time, but when i do i usually feel better during the day. eat something with protein, like eggs, and eat some fruit too. apples are very good for your metabolism, and so are citrus fruits. for lunch, eat something nutritious like a sandwich or burrito, something that has a lot of different things in it.(meat, veggies, and grains) avoid fast food, they cook with a lot of fat and lard. and avoid large dinners, because all that food will sit there and have a harder time digesting when you sleep.

as for exercise, you could start with some cardio everyday. even 30 minutes of fast walking. do you walk to class.? maybe you could find a couple of evenings to get in some higher-level activities like running or biking, for about an hour. swimming is really good for core strength. you can do ab exercises too but dont overload on crunches or situps. look around on you tube for some good exercises. ford models on youtube as some good ones.

To get rid of places with extra fat on your body you need to do weights+cardio. Weights alone will only build muscle. Cardio alone won't get target the problem area, but you will lose weight and become fit. Try the machines at the gym that target the abs and do lots of repetitions with about 20 lbs of weight added to the machine. For me, it is so hard to exercise with my schedule, I'm not a college student but a mom with 3 kids and a full time job. So what I do is anytime I have a free minute and am watching tv, I get in the floor and do sit ups, or if I am really feeling big I will do the bicycle or push ups all while sitting there watching tv. Which I probably only do 1 hour of a day. Try little exercises like that that don't take much effort or time, just make it a habit. And continue to eat healthy.Health Question & Answer

I would start to exercise, but not so much that it interferes with your schedule. Do baby steps. Maybe set a goal for the day. Ex. run 1 mile. If keep doing that you'll be fine. Exercise is very important!!!!Health Question & Answer
