Very confused and need help?!
Question: Very confused and need help.?
Okay well every so often I get very dizzy to the point where my vision starts to go black and I can't hear whats going on around me, and I heard that usually happens before you faint. I've never completely fainted, after a second of those symptons i usually get weak and have to sit on the ground but I snap out of it and am back to normal. This doesn't happen like everyday but its happened several times. Could it be from low sugar.? also I was looking around on Y!A and read that a few symptoms of Diabetes could be weakness and having to pee frequently.? I have both of those symptoms, i'm 17 by the way. Health Question & Answer
Answers:
It could be diabetes.
It could also be panic attacks.
You should see your doc sweetie!
That sounds scary, poor thing!
EDIT: Panic attacks come out of the blue. The first time I had one I had NO idea what was going on. I felt like I was high [I wasn't] and I was dizzy, shaking, had to leave work for 30 minutes, nothing was going on at the moment to cause it but I had a lot of underlying stress in my life in the background. The good news is, you can get meds to stop this! =)
also, if it's diabetes, you should get it treated ASAP. The quicker you get it treated, the sooner this will go away! Have you talked to your parents/significant other about this.? It's something you should worry about, but don't freak. Just see your doc.Health Question & Answer

I used to get these dizzy spells when I was struggling with panic attacks. Try taking long, deep breaths and see if that helps. Whatever the cause is, you should see a doctor so that you can rule out any medical reasons for this. Health Question & Answer
