I am trying to figure out when i will get my period so these are the last two stages of Development

Stage 4:
The nipple and the dark area a round it (areola) may stick out from the rest of the breast

Stage 5:
Areola rejoins breast contour and breast development is complete.

Answers:
It basically means your breasts begin to develop.

In Stage 4, the nipple begins to stick out as it's the first part to grow. This can be painful (or at least it was for me). You may want to begin wearing a sports bra or beginner bra (trainer bra) at this point. It doesn't need to be too supportive; just a basic cotton bra.

In Stage 5, the breast tissue surrounding the nipple and areola begin to develop. This is when you will want to begin starting to wear a more supportive bra.

ETA: if your nipples are already beginning to protrude (in other words, your chest is not flat), then yes, this is already happening.Health Question & Answer

I think step 4 is when ur nipple stands out and step 5 is when ur breasts are circulerHealth Question & Answer
