Period (ladies help me out)?!

Question: Period (ladies help me out).?
Ok so I am on my period, (2nd full cycle, I am 15) and I have really bad cramps so a bath sounds really comforting right about now, but would the water just get all bloody (I only use tampons if I HAVE to). I know it a stupid question.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
No..dont worry...hop in a nice warm bath and soak away...I would add some bubbles too...

The water is not going to turn all red and gross and you do not need to put a tampon in either.

Go enjoy the soothing effects of the bath.

Take some Aleve (Naprogesic in Australia) for the cramps...its active ingredient is Naproxen which is the best stuff in the world for those cramps.Health Question & Answer

it is never a good idea too take a bath during ur period. it can lead to infections or even infertility. instead u can excercise. it sounds lame but u would be suprised that it will help. you can always take a weak pain killer or warm water compress or bottle on ur stomach.Health Question & Answer

I was actually always taught that being submerged in water stops your period for that time. For example while swimming in a pool, the water won't get all red. Anytime I've ever taken a bath while on my period it has never been an issue.Health Question & Answer
