Tampon-time period question?!
Question: Tampon-time period question.?
O.K so my period is pretty light so i use the lowest absorbency tampons, and i leave them in for about 8 hours. It hurts to take them out because the tampon is too dry. I can't use a less absorbency because i have the lowest absorbency. So my question is can i leave the tampon in longer, so it doesn't hurt to take out.?.?Health Question & Answer

NO 8 hrs is long enough. You could get Toxic Shock Syndrome.I know if they hurt going IN then u can coat the tip w/ Vaseline- but dont leave them in any longer then 8 hrs-Either dont use one at all at those times or pull it out realllll slow-Health Question & Answer
I wouldn't, if your period isn't heavy then don't use a tampon at all. Use a really light pad with no wings or anything. Health Question & Answer
