i went in the bathroom
turned on the light and had afterimages
then I sat down and my head kinda jerked
I know I dont have epilespy because on halloween I was infront of a strobe light and nothing happened

Answers:
You don't have epilepsy....so don't stress out..You were on the computer..went to the bathroom..the moment you got up or turned on the lights..I'm sure your eyes were trying to adjust to light in the bathroom..the afterimages were probably the lights from the computer...and you have an eyestrain because you've been staring at the computer screen from some time..!!!! Just don't stay on the computer for so long ok...!!!Health Question & Answer
sometimes i get that, like kind of everything gets fuzzy and you have to wait for it to go back to normal.?

I get that too, it means your about to pass out because you stood up to quick or you didn't eat anything .? Just sit down and rest for a little while.Health Question & Answer
