Am I eligible for workers comp in GA if I aggravated a preexisting condition?!
Question: I've had some form of RSI or another for 5 years. My current job, which I've been at for over a year, is computer intesive and my symptoms are getting worse. Will worker's comp cover this or am I disqualified because I already suffered from milder symptoms?

Oh darlin- good luck to you! I just went thru this whole damn thing! I had injured both my hands in a fall and ended up out of work for 3 months. I got fired for missing work! NICE huh? Well after being out 3 months I found a new job and was doing great at first and ended up making my hands even worse and I just had double hand surgery! I did luck out and get the first employer to pay for it plus benefits but I had to get an attorney to do that much! Good luck to u!
