You cannot get HIV from tears, sweat, saliva, urine or feces. There is a tiny amount present in some of these fluids, BUT, it is in such low concentrations that you cannot possibly become infected.
You should not share make-up with others - many infections can be passed from person to person this way - particularly infections of the eye. Herpes is not really one of them, unless that person has a type of herpes in their eyes.

Tears are technically considered a non-infectious fluid, which means that it's generally accepted that you can't contract AIDS that way. However, I would much rather err on the side of caution. You also don't want to be sharing eye makeup with anyone because you can transmit bacterial infections.
