Kiegels. Contract the muscle, like when you go to pee, if you contract the muscle you can stop stream. Those will help you. You can do them anytime and nobody will have any idea what your doing. I'm doing them right now! Just kidding!
Depends on size. But exercise can help, concentrate on your vaginal area and flex your groin muscles.
