Other Answers:
you can't "dye" it white. You can bleach it, or strip the color out of it. Good luck doing it that light without losing most of your hair.
good luck! i doubt you will have hair left.
Yup, hydrogen peroxide will do the trick - but it is likely that your hair will break at thr roots, leaving you merely with stubble. Not hot.

My mum's a hairdresser.
It can be done BUT I am going to give you some advice. First of all call some salons and ask them if they have a product called EC MODE OR Malibu 2000. Both of these products can pull some of that blue black out of your hair first without damaging your hair. It is worth the cost but shouldn't be very expensive. I have used them both on young ladies that have totally screwed up their hair by doing it at home themselves, and the product was used soon enough that the ladies were completely satisfied with the results! After that if you decide to lighten your hair, you must strip it out with bleach. It is time consuming and may cost quite alot of $$$$. The problem you have though is whether or not your hair is healthy and strong enough to handle the procedure. Many stylists refuse to do this service because they prefer not to deal with it because so many girls are being kitchen colorists. A note for all (especially teenagers) about coloring your hair at home: If you choose to constantly change your hair color over & over it DOES cause major damage! Sometimes it is NOT fixable.Even though you may not see the origional color because of fading, that chemical is STILL on your hair, you get color build up & many times just blow out the cuticle layer of your hair. It is a good idea to know exactly WHAT BRAND of color you use at home before you go to a salon and ask them to do anything for you. Good Luck
