my head hurts really bad and i need headacke relief but i have no medecine help!!

This is going to sound really odd but drink a tall glass of water then try to nap for a couple of hours. If it is late, go to bed. When you wake up, the headache should be gone. I rarely take painkillers when I have headaches and this works for me.
Every couple of years I go through times where I get horrible headaches. They can be very different for everyone, but this has helped me:

If you can, find a dark quiet place where no one will bother you and lay down.

Find a position that is comfortable for the rest of your body that will allow you to breathe freely. Sometimes I will lay on the floor on my back with my knees up. Usually I will use a small pillow, a blanket, or my arm under my head.

Breathe deeply and rhythmically, allowing your stomach to expand as you do so. Sometimes I'll breath in 3 and out 5 or 6. But gently let the air out slower than it came in.

Concentrate on the counting or find something to think about that can be distracting (like trying to recite the alphabet backwards).

I find that if a pain is bad enough I can kind of separate it from myself, but head pain is the most difficult. If I can get relaxed and distracted enough sometimes I am able to fall asleep until the pain goes away.

Something that can help whether you lay down or even sitting at your desk: Between your eyes, kind of where each of your eyebrows begin, press gently but firmly, sometimes this will help the pain. You may have to move your fingers around a little to find the right spot.

For fast temporary relief I push on my carotid artery in my neck depending on which side the headache is on. It takes practice to get the right area to push but the relief is instant as long as you hold your finger on the artery.
