Sounds like symptoms of not enough sleep.
It depends on your specific situation. Many times, a change to a healthy diet with plenty of exercise will help ease these problems.
Maybe it's a sign of heading for a breakdown?
You might be depressed. Go see a proffessional!
could be a number of things.stress, lack of sleep, ADD, etc. Eat right, quit yer drinkin' and smokin', and exercise. Take two weeks of this and call me in the morn.
If you drink alcohol or use recreational drugs...what you are describing are major symptons of going with out them, You don't have to be an addict to experience these withdrawls
Those are classic signs of depression.Maybe you should try talking to a counselor.
could be a type of anxiety or depression. Most likely anxiety..check with your doctor..I had the same symptoms for awhile and was diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
you should really go to a doctor to get a correct answer, but it does sound like you have done some meth and now going through withdrawls. but it could be depression, i have several mental illnesses and i have all those symptoms. good luck, and pray about it. God Bless You!
You should find a quiet place, sit down, relax and look inside yourself to see what's bothering you. Maybe there is something and by thinking it out you will know;then, you should think of the best way to avoid it.
Also pay attention to what you are doing, maybe if you focus, you will get it right.

Me
I'm not a doctor, but I don't think you are just depressed. I went through a very similar thing a couple of years ago when I was overweight. I started cutting the sugar and white flour out of my diet, walking 30 minutes a day, and lifting light weights 3 times a week. Not only is my mood and outlook on life (and my concentration)completely different, I am 50 pounds lighter! I think the diet is the most important thing. I hope this helps you. Please email me if you need some advice, motivation, or someone to talk to. You're not alone.
It sounds like the symptoms commonly associated with impotence you are describing. You may want to ask your physician to prescribe some viagra, levitra, or cialis.
Congratulations! You have succeeded in your own diagnosis.
It is now up to you to recognize these symptoms when they occur and stop them before they hurt you or someone else.

Concentration takes practice like any muscle and the brain has to be trained through regular daily use. Force yourself to do a simple project to begin with. Painting for eg. Paint your room. Or a fence. Anything. Doing it w/ an organized and methodical approach.

Plan this ahead and visualize all the necessary steps to accomplish this to your satisfaction. Research better ways of doing a simple task. You may surprise yourself.

You are not sick but if you continue to think in these terms you will fall into dependency on others and there are always people around that want to help. But by understanding your weaknesses early, as you have, you can begin to challenge yourself in these areas to gain strength to overcome them.Good Luck!
