What is the best way to become flexible?!


Question: I am 20 years old and i never did any kind of gymnastics, tumbling or anything esle that made you flexible. I am wanting to become more flexible and I am trying to find a way to do so.

The best way to become flexible is stretches, doing the splits makes you're legs flexible, having a spotter to help you to do a back hand spring.laying on the ground pushing you're hands and feet up so you will look like an arch stay there for a while then do it every day for at least 20-30 minutes. Doing the stretches will only flex you're lower body. But doing something to make you look like an arch in the back and the back hand spring will help you in the upper body. While in the splits take you're hands and lean to one side of you're body. The splits are when you take one leg and the other and push then as far as possible until you fell like you gone far enough you should do this at least 20-30 minutes. For the back hand spring and the arch looking thing you should do that for at least 20-30 minutes each.
