is it true that one can get bacteria in the blood. if so what are causes and wha!


Question: i am a man in my late thirties, for the past three or four years back i notice that my belle at time make some noises, (2)again i notice something move around my bodies but not always it is occassional, (3)my male organ do not become strong as it is use to be whenever i wantedto have sexual intercourse and at the same time under two to three minutes i always ejaculate which makes me feel embarrassed infront of my spouce.the last is that occassional if i wanted to pass faeces out some whitesh like milk comes out of my pennis. then if i use any pills that can make my pennis strong so as to satisfy my spouse it wont work even i use viagra it doesnt work.then somebody told me that i have bacteria in my blood and if i dont cure it on time i should not be surprise if if any doctor tell me in future taht i have low sperm count and that can cause me not to produce any child again.i am so helpless if anybody know about this should please help me out i want my penis strong again. thank you sir.
