ok i need to know wat u all think..at night do u let the girls breathe or not?!
Question: please help me! im not sure which is right! any ideas to help me be less scared for the gyno look at my u kno wats (top half and bottom half) walk me thro this stuff and about the girls!
Answers:
At night I let them breathe. It's a personal choice.neither is wrong or right. There's nothing wrong with wearing a bra to bed and there's nothing wrong with not wearing one. Whatever is most comfortable for you works.

Do what's comfortable to you at night. A gyno visit is uncomfortable, but don't be scared.
WTF?
the girls need support when you are walking or running.
it's better for your body if you don't sleep in a bra.
Well, speaking frmo personal experiance, Bra's are uncomfortable (my girlfreind said i didn't know what it was liek to be a woman, gave her a walkthorough of most of the stuff she goes through for just being a woman, and then went on to prove that i could do it as well, becuase i'd done it before just to find out) Anyway. there are few advatnages and disadvantegds to both. I would say out of sheer comfort, don't wear a bra.
And about a gynocologist, I know it's uncofortable, but a lot of bad stuff could happen if you don't see one. Also, if you can, try and get a female as your regular OB/GYN. It's a bit more comfortable knowing that she might not have a sexual interest in what she is doing, even though a lot of male doctors don't, it's just a mind set thing that many girls'woman think about when having a male OB/GYN.
Do what is most comfortable for you.I am most comfortable in a light tank top under my pj's (for more support) but if that's not needed..take a break. And for your gyno visit, remember we all have to, take a deep breath and its over before you know it, find one you like and trust and that makes all the difference.
i let all my girls breathe at night. i sleep nude. the most comfortable way to sleep.
?
of course i let them breathe. i don't want to wake up next to a dead body in the morning now do I.
