What are impairment ratings?!
Question: I recieved a 5% impairment rating. What does this mean. What does an impairment rating scale consist of?
Answers:
An impairment rating is given when you have had an injury to some part of your body.
The number given is based on the ability or inability to do whatever the injured area was supposed to do if totally uninjured. The tables are based on years of documentation.
The 5% rating means that you have a 5% permanent injury. 5% of 100%
