Question: I am trying to complete an assignment for school. I am trying to figure out wether or not a persons age group, background, socioeconomic or cultural statuses have an effect on what physical activities they choose to participate in.

Filipino,22,female, middle class.Sit ups in am and pm! Swimming is best for flattening stomach butt lifting and firming(legs, thighs, waist too!)Without tension on your legs and lower back becasue there's a little gravity on the water. Hope this help!
