Will staring at a computer screen all day, damage my eyes?!

Yes it really harm eyes.Because the image we see on a monitor is not still, our eyes focus it again and again all the day, it makes staring at a monitor screen all the day very hard job for eyes.Second thing is electromagnetic rays that monitor's screen pour down on your eyes and these rays damage too much eyes, a screen filter can save from these rays but still it is harmful to eyes staring a computer's screen all day
you know im not sure but if im on the computer for more than 1 or 2 hours my eyes get red and swollen so i think that looking at the computer can definatly hurt your eyes
Did you ever notice that when you are on the computer and looking at it that your eyes do not blink very much. The effect of this will dry your eyes out. You either need to get into the habit of blinking your eyes more to lubricate them, or take more breaks for your eyes and try some lubricating drops also.
Well is only common sense. yes, I had a computer job for five years and know I'm nearsighted, you can help by getting a screen that blocks the glare on your computer.
