I would put a spoon with some water in it and freeze it in the freezer. While you wait for that, grab a battery, any battery, and use the negative side and twist it on your hickie. After that, switch to the spoon and let the ice sit on there until it melts. Put more water on it and stick it back in the freezer. Grab the battery and do the same thing again. It is about a 7 hour process, but if you really want it gone quick, that is my suggestion. I have done it before. You just have to be persistent. It may not make it go all the way gone, but it will lighten it up significantly

Actually concealer works wonders. My friend slashed her arm and took before/after shots. The wounds almost disappeared.
Arnica salve would do the trick
I have heard of using a frozen spoon, a credit card- it is basiclly a blood clot the way to make the hickey disappear it to undo the blood clot. I have always used a round lipstick top and turned it in circular motions to help undo the blood clot.
