i am very slim and i am doing body building i wanted to get a ideal body builder!
Question: what kind of food i use to get full proteins. i am looking for a proper diet. my stomach is not functioning properly some time i got constipatient and some time lose motion i need help although i consult many doctors but no effect please help

for your malfunctioning stomach eat more fibres available in veges and fruits. Exercise with a good routine. For protien, chicken, mutton, eggs, milk are a good source. Just add protien food with fibre food to serve your both purposes, like fruits milk shakes, etc.

its discusting.... and man boobs are such a turn off
ok First off you cant become like those body-builders in 1 year or 3, it takes atleast 5 years to 10, those guys are usually on steroids, of course they also have the best trainers around, and nutrional directors to suggest what they should do next
