around 6 or less months
If they have just started taking medication a reassessment needs to be done in one to three months on the CD4 count.

Adherence to medications will raise the t-cell count and reduce the viral load. Over time, the t-cells will hopefully continue to rise as the viral load decreases.

The dialysis issue has to be addressed quickly as the kidney disease will catch up to the patient sooner than the HIV.

There's really no way to tell what the survival chances are, or how long they have, because there isn't a solid profile on how well anti-HIV medications are working yet, or if the patient has a resistant strain of the virus.
