How can you stop a migrain headache with no meds I really need help on this one!

Question: Pain
Answers:
I've found that lying down with a cold, damp cloth on my forehead helps. Or you could try doing something relaxing like listening to your favorite music or having someone massage your temples. Sometimes, the same things that can trigger a migraine can also help ease the pain (chocolate, caffeine, etc).

Other Answers:
Try an ice pack and drink some caffeine.
Please go see a doctor,it could be something else !
