Know workout ideas for a small room?!

Question: I want to slim down a bit, but I don't have the money to go to a fitness center. At home I don't have a lot of room either. Anybody got some serious! ideas on exercises for very little space without needing equippement?
Answers:
Do Yoga or walking. You can go online and get exercises for Yoga and print them out. It's recommended Yoga 25 minutes per day. If you walk, change pace for best results. For example, want slow for 1-2 minutes, then increase speed, etc.

There is a video that helps you to exercise while walking in place. The name of the video is Leslie Sassoon. I think you could find the video in any dept. store.
I really enjoy the step aerobic dvd's. You don't need a lot of room or money to set yourself up. Also the video stores usually have a bunch to rent for variety.
You could always just do crunches/sit-ups, lunges, push-ups, and curl small barbells. Then go jogging outside.

Otherwise you could roll yourself up into a ball and roll around the room. You probably won't get a very good workout doing this but it would be funny to see.
U could start with push- ups, sit-up and crunches which will help you build abs if U want them. jumping jacks and also some crouches and just start building a daily routine with it every day, every day increase the number by 2 or 5.

my dad works out every day.
You can try the six second abs machine. You can also get one of theose big balls to do lots of stretching. Get some yoga or pilates tapes. Try some stretching bands, the stepper. There are lots of little things that can make a big difference.
Crunches. pretty good for the abdomen..
