how can i succede in helping my family? please answer is very important for me?!
Question: i am Daniela Chiriac and i live with my fam in Rom. all of my family suffer of muscular distrofy but i am the only healty person from my family, we get no vitamins for free from our goverment and i dont know what to do to help my family, i have sent e-mail everywhere in the world, no one trusts me and no answer back, or others says go and ask help to ur goverment, i did this but no touchble answer, i need someone or some non guvernamental association to help me, i dont want material things or something like money , i need just medicines, any vitamin existent is the only way to help a little this irreversible illness..thank u very much and i am waiting an answer,

nu stiu cati specialisti gasesti aici dar o sugestie ar fi sa trimiti o scrisoare la ziarul formula as. il gasesti la orice chiosc de ziare, nu costa mult, si am vazut destule perosane care au gasit ajutor acolo.
cel putin poti cere adresa unui specialist sau poti primi donatii.

u poor thing, well the only thing that i can suggest is natural vitamins. The sun can provide vitamins E and also eat lots of good foods providing vitamins to improve repair and growth of muscles. You could look these up on a website to find out what is most beneficial. Also perhaps you could make your own natural remedies.

My dad has a book that has seem to really help him with other ailments; it is called Reflexology. Your local book store should carry it. I would try it.
