Question: I have noticed that the boys at my school do.They prefer to go out with people with lighter skin.

No, there are lots of gorgeous dark women. Beautiful women come in all different shades. I think that everyone should be happy with what God gave them and work it to the best of their advantage. I think that boys are attracted to confidence. Be proud of who you, let them know that they would be lucky to be able to go out with a girl like you, and they'll come flocking. It sounds cliche, but it's true. If you believe that you are beautiful, then so will others!

No, don't be silly.Well, they're not worth knowing then! Anyone who judges by the color of one's skin is shallow & prejudiced. I had the same problem only a little different: the tan girls attracted the guys. I couldn't tan & I'm as pale as can be & it wasn't considered attractive by prejudiced losers. So I'll give you the advice my Mom gave me back then: "Real guys aren't insecure & will like you for you - as is!"

I am light skin and there is absolutely nothing wrong with being dark skin. Black skin is one of the most beautiful things on this earth and do not make anyone tell you other wise. Have you ever heard, "the darker the berry, the sweeter the juice".

there is nothing wrong with being dark, its just that some dark skin people do not wear the right color make up, so they dont look as pretty as they should, be sure you wear colors that are flattering to you, hey i know a lot of dark people that are very attractive.

Honey if they don't like you because of the color of your skin and hair and eyes and etc. then you are better off without them. God don't make junk. You are special and whomever God sends you will be special too. For all the ones who was soooo picky, they will never be totally satisfied no how. Be thankful. Their loss your gain! Damn, where do you live?! Blacks were once discriminated and now there are laws against it but now they're discriminating their own kinds. Girl, skin color doesnt matter but while we're on the subject, dark skin can be just as beautiful as light skin. Nowadays, i rarely ever see a fully dark person so you're still in close contact with your homeland (africa, hello?)
