Want to know the best!? DONT EAT! HONESTLY! try starving yourself. Eat a good simple breakfast. then eat a wholesome and hardy Dinner at 4:00 (doesnt need to be carrotsticks, it could be something good). THEN eat nice bach of fruit at night. only way to lose weight is to not eat so much! ALSO drink tons and tons and tons of water. especially before you eat, it reduces appetite. BEST OF LUCK!!

I would have to say the elliptical machine because its like a walk/run type of thing, and it burns twice as many calories as a tred-mill. and a balanced diet with lots of proteins, and less carbs
