The only things that will help is diet and exercise. When i wanted to reach my ideal weight quickly i played tennis and exercised for about forty minutes a day or at least until i started sweating a lot. Most of your body weight comes from water. And I ate carrots through out the day with no snacks and one medium sized meal at 3pm. And all that took me about one month to lose 15 pounds. Although i wasn't totally over weight, so my metabolism was at a good pace. It all depends on the person. Make sure to start your day out with a glass of water and end it with a glass of water.
