If you have herpes, does this mean you have other STD"s?!
Question:
I am clearing up from herpes and taking "valtrex" for 6 mths. Now my doctor is sending me for blood work..to be sure I don't have any other STD's,My partner was sent for blood work, he is being tested for herpes 1&2 and clydmidna. Because I have herpes does that mean I have other STD's? does this mean I have HIV virus, Hep B & C Virus, clydmidna.

NO it does not mean you have other std's. Most doctors like to test you for other stds as well if you have the herpes virus just to be sure. Unprotected sex increases your chances for all STD's.
Don't worry--you can have herpes without having anything else!

It doesn't necessarily mean you do. It is routine procedure to do test for other infections as some can be treated. Don't panic - just wait for your results and take advice from your doctor. Doctors know more than most of us on here1!!
No,it does not mean that you have for sure other STD's. Because you can only catch whatever it is that your partner(s) has, so if he only has herpes that's all you caught. But if your partner has other STD's then most likely you got those too,in case you didn't use a condom. But don't get overworried ,wait for the results and stay calm.
