I went through the same things before I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Now I use a c-pap machine and it doesn't happen anymore. Talk to your Dr.

Bad acid.

yes I have it is the worse.it has a name and I cant think of it right now

Yes I have
Im not sure but I think its referred to as Sleep paralysis.

this has happened to me while I was under lots of stress (if we are refering to the same thing). Ask yourself is stress your problem? Does this happen in the middle of the night or do you feel that in the morning? Because mine was around 4 a.m. Also,i hear one theraphist saying that the most important thing is to relax when you go to bed-try not to think of the problems that will maybe occur the next day and just relay ad anticipate your wonderful dream. Goo luck, I hope this helps. Bye!

Sounds like you had an out-of-body experience and you woke up before your spirit re-entered your body.

Yes, I do believe in that type of stuff.

I HAVE NARCOLEPSY WHICH SLEEP PARALYSIS IS A SYMPTOM OF.

Well I have not experienced that but something to that term like u feel weak and u just cant get up I have yet to figure out what it is but when I do I will let u know.

yes i have experienced this a few times. I know I am asleep and i can make myself wake up after some time. It is scary and you try to stay awake so it does not happen again. I thought I was the only one it happened to. It looks as it happens alot. It is most helpful to read about other sufferers and think one is not alone. Sorry I don't know the answer to why it happens.

stop doing drugs before going to bed dude

I've experienced this when trying to get out of a nightmare. It just means that you are in a sleep cycle where you can't move and you are dreaming so realistic that it seems that you are waking up but you are just dreaming that you are trying to wake up.
