how do i lose weight?!

im under 16 that's all imma tell u. but i wanna lose weight w/out starving bcus i love 2 eat junk food and soul food, well eat in general.

You don't sound disproportionate.

Drink water. Watch your saturated and trans fats, and sugars. Eat whole grain breads more often. Stay away from soda pop. Junk food is just that junk food, you can still eat it, but limit yourself to once a week and wean yourself down to twice a month and then once a month and then once every couple of and so on. Don't deny yourself food you love or you will rebound. If you like chocolate or potato chips, eat some but again once a week until you can get off of them.. It is an addiction. Tell yourself that you don't like pop, or you don't like chips, or chocolate or whatever. Say it outloud, say it to friends, eventually it will sink in. This worked for me when I was your age.I still only eat chocolate a couple of times a year and I don't miss it! I am over 40 and still wear a size 5! I used to eat 10 candy bars or a dozen donuts in one sitting. I am not exaggerating! Just remember that you love your body, you're at a good size now and you want to stay that way. Just think healthy and exercise a little It takes time.in your case a week or two.

Well, actually your most likely not going to lose wight but look alot skinner cuz, when you excercise, run you gain muscles and muscles weight more, but since your not fat you should be happy of what u get.

Eat good and do cardio and some weights. Diet is the most important one. Good diets keep you where you are atleast. Bad ones make it bad. Eat good stuff and do cardio.

i go to a trainer. Just go to your local YMCA and sign up and then you can get a personal trainer (it does cost extra thought but it really works!)
