Ladies who have lost weight, or experts: Can women ever really get rid of excess!

Question:
I am 27 and have never had children, but have excess weight around my abdomen. When I lost weight, it was still pretty much there. I have heard that i may never be able to tone it up no matter what i do, so why should i try?
Answers:
I had your EXACT problem and COULD solve it at some time ago..Here's what I did:

1) Stomach crunches first thing in the morning typically as follows:

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor "As you are a beginner or if you have neck problems can place a pillow under the head and neck"
Press your lower back firmly to the floor — there should be no arch at all during the entire movement.
Rest your head in your hands, keeping your neck and shoulders relaxed.
Tighten your abdominals to slowly lift your shoulders off the floor about 6 inches.
Exhale as you crunch up "Remember — squeeze your abs to do the lift, and don't rock in an effort to gain momentum or try to pull your head up with your arms"
It helps to keep your elbows back and your chin up, as if you were holding an apple under it.
Slowly relax your stomach muscles to lower your shoulders back to the floor "Don't rush it".
Focus on your form as you move through the crunch from start to finish.
Do two sets of 8 to 12 crunches each

2) Walk for 30 - 45 minutes unstoppably 3 days per week

3) Drink 3 glasses of water before both lunch and dinner

4) STOP all fats, GO FOR vegetables, cereals, fruits, skimmed dairy products

You shall be seeing real results a month after your start BUT, don't stop!

Keep the spirit up till you get the belly as well the body you ever dreamt of :")

THEN, make exercising your "from now on" new style of life

If you wonder: "When am I going to be able to eat chocolates, candies, snacks, pizza; whatsoever you feel like.."
SET only 1 FREE day every 15 days
And after around 3 months you won't be needing the free day or even wanting it!
In fact, an apple would be a great pleasure!

Best of luck dear :")

if you are talking about that little pouch below your navel, its very hard to tone that area, you need to train your abs really hard,no one can say what your body shape is going to do,u just have to workout and reduce your overall body fat levels.

BELIEVE ME they can!!

But it´s harder for women. But its not impossible.

That's So Not Ture you just haven't found the right thing that works for you. Or the right person to talk to. When you exercise, make all your movements and techniques center around your stomach. Trust me I know people who had belly fat and it will eventually go away, but you have to work at it and be consistant with it not just every once in a while.

I lost over 5 stone and I had a lot of excess skin, just hanging there..all over, but I do think .and hope..that it will get better with excesise. It does go down..(but not enough to my liking)!
I think its just a matter of patience and continual excercise. Its definitely better than it was.

ofcourse yes. even men can who have more problems with there fat belly.

According to Buddha Shakyamuni who taught a great deal on medicine and the health of the body, the main cause of weight gain is eating to much sweet food. In the North American diet sugar is in everything. Ketchup, mayonaise, all sort of condiments and processed meats and the like have sugar in them. He also taught that being thinner is definitely healthier. The key to loosing weight is a sound harmonius diet and positive state of mind. However of course there is most certainy such a thing as healthy fat. My diet tips are this: eat sea salt instead of table salt, drink spring or mineral water and cook with it whenever possible, eat safflower oil as it detoxifies the liver as does sea salt, eat butter and oils like olive oil and sunflower oil as opposed to margarine for good comlexion and more flexiblity of the joints and healthier bones, eat honey, molasses and maple syrup more than sugar and avoid processed sugar as much as possible, avoid white flour and eat whole grain, milk is good to dispel lethargy, avoid processed and frozen foods in general and try to eat fresh foods, a mixture of honey and ricemilk is the ultimate drink to satisfy thirst and hunger and it is great for ones complexion. Medical practitioners who have studied in Tibetan traditions will reiterate this advice.

Try these books, "The Tibetan Book of Healing" Dr. Lobsang Rapgay, "Health Through Balance, An Introduction to Tibetan Medicine", Dr. Yeshi Dhonden.

Check on the net about Bodyflex from Greer Childers.

Lots of people scoff at it but I found very very good reviews.
I have done the exercises and it does work ! (no, I am not getting paid). You can try to get the book on its own. No need for tapes.
