I think that you should just drink cranberry juice. That way you know it's going through you urinary tract.

Yes it will help. I don't know how many milligras you should take though. When I worked at GNC they also has a concentrated cranberry juice.

i just(a month ago) read a paper that it does not really work. at best it will lower ph of bladder urine. this may help kill some types of infection but you can do this by taking lots of vitamin c.
