hi!am 22yr old and am just 45kgs in weight.im mentally depressed vth wat iam.plz!

eat a lot of water before eating but be sure to eat little amount of foods but never escape from eating it would only make you eat a lot the next time you eat.make urself so busy and keep on dancing also eat a lot of fruits and vegetables rather than rice and bread. have enough sleep and always look at sexy girls for you to be aware that they are nice tolook at than you so u will be eagered to attain your mission to get sexy

First of all, start walking ! While you are walking, focus on nothing but the air and the rhythm of your feet. Keep a good pace ! Think of nothing else..you 'might' do that everyday.

Immediately after your walk, drink a high quality weight gaining supplement, wait an hour, then stretch your muscles until you feel loose again. About 10 minutes ! That in itself will begin to make you feel better. One week..

You will be strengthening your muscles as you walk AND when you stretch !

Get yourself feeling a bit more positive (!) and then begin weight training.(( another subject ))

First, start believing in yourself and get moving, slowly at first .!@!!@

whatever you do, dont get into a habit of eating loads of junk food. Its a really difficult habit to get out of afterwards, and then you'll end up spending the rest of your life trying to lose weight. You could try adding some high calorie meal replacement drinks do your diet, so that your calorie intake is higher, but you dont get used to feeling full and eating high sugar/fat foods. I also heard that while training up for 'Million Dollar Baby', Hillary Swank added 1000 cals worth of Flaxseed oil to her diet, you can get it in health food shops - but I would only reccomend it if you plan on alot of exersize aswell. Alot of gyms offer nutritionists who will work with the trainers to help you achieve your goal- Maybe thats an idea?
