Maybe you hurt its feelings.Health Question & Answer
If it's a burning and/or itching sensation, perhaps it's an allergic reaction to something.
If it's sore, it could be a pulled muscle or swollen lymph node or a few other (less likely) culprits.
If you've been sick recently, or have an infection, the swollen lymph node is most likely. If you've been lifting weights and using improper form or using too heavy weights, that also could be it.Health Question & Answer

well our armpits are made up of muscles and glands. you probably pulled a muscle therefore it will probably swell very very little (hardly noticeable) or/and hurt.
try relaxing it and don't touch it 2 much. it should get better in a few days.
if you work out or something try going some stretching exercises and it will get better in about 2-3 days.
hope this helped.Health Question & Answer

if you mean it aches you may have some kind of infection because you have glands in your armpits, if it stings it may be an insect bite (i had that once) or as gross as it is a hair may have got ripped out somehow without you noticing until after... that REALLY stings my bf says.

There are glands up in your armpits. Sometimes when your body is fighting a virus they'll get inflamed. If you're younger, hormones may be being released by them.

You shouldn't be so worried about it, it's most likely nothing, talk to your mates see if they can relate. If it doesn't go in a fewdays / a week, talk to a parent.Health Question & Answer

Feel around - see if you have any sore lumps in your armpit. Those would be lymph nodes. It could indicate an illness or infection. If it isn't better by Monday - call the doctor.Health Question & Answer
