This is predominantly genetic. However you can increase your lats, build up your chest, narrow your waist and add some beef on your shoulders to give the appearance of a broader profile.

Keep good form so you don't get hurt, do the exercises carefully in smooth slow moves, and up the weights 5-10 LBs every few weeks.
