i'm gettin a cycling machine for christmas cus the weather where i live is so unpredictable you can hardly go for a cycle if i do 30 minutes monday to friday and take the weekend off and if i keep it up will i lose belly flab and make my 6 pack more noticeable Health Question & Answer

I don't want to sound like a wet blanket but if you ever go to a civic recycling centre you'd be surprised at the number of exercise bikes that are thrown away. Everybody starts with the right idea (30 minutes a day etc) but these machines end up occupying space and gathering dust eventually because static exercise at home is boring.
Forget about the weather and get a proper bike if you have to - or better still just run. The bike is the most efficient form of human transport which is good from the travel point of view but not so good with regard to exercise - you need to travel a lot further and for longer to burn as as many calories compared to running
