Answers:
I'm 14 and I get around 9 hours of sleep every night. I'm actually just about to turn 15. I don't think it to be healthy, but if it works for you, then I think that's fine.Health Question & Answer
At 15, 5 hours a night is ridiculous. Sleep allows your mind and body to heal and rejuvenate from the previous day. You can not make up for lost sleep. 8-10 hours tonight is more appropriate for your age. Your body is working overtime as you grow from a boy to a man. Your body needs plenty of sleep, exercise, and a proper diet for you to develop into the man you're supposed to be. - And you're not getting enough sleep. Health Question & Answer
It's slightly too little for a growing adolescent. I'd advise about 6-8 hours a night so you'll be refreshed and stay healthy. Some teens are able to function properly on little sleep, but it wears on you after a while and can cause you to not do your best in school. Just get to bed a little earlier and you should be fine. Hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
that is far too little. you should be getting around 9 hours. 10 is good, 8 is fine. 5 hours is far too little for anyone, let alone a teenager. (teens need a lot more sleep than adults because they are growing so much)Health Question & Answer
